I am a compassionate catalyst that contributes to you reaching your healthiest potential.
Together, we explore and discover the wisdom that is already present within you and fortify it together with new awareness, knowledge, and skills.
I practiced emergency veterinary medicine for 25 years. I have been a group fitness instructor for 20 years. Despite my best efforts made along the way to stay holistically healthy, burnout and physiologic impacts of that work caught up with me. This lived wisdom combined with the intentional seeking of evidence-based mental health/well-being knowledge, skills, and certifications have fortified my resolve to raise awareness and decrease unnecessary suffering in the world.
Join me in a ‘heartstorming’ conversation to see how together we can support a thriving you!
Contact meI am pleased to announce the publication of my book, Creating Wellbeing and Building Resilience in the Veterinary Profession: A Call to Life.
A Call to Life helps veterinary caregivers increase self-efficacy and sustainability and decrease unnecessary suffering in their mission to support animal health. It uniquely combines shared experiences with academic research into the contributing factors of compassion fatigue and how to counter these.
